Oliver Mort has become the 10,000th trainee in the WorldHost customer service programme currently rolling out across the tourism industry.
Oliver Mort, whose job is to turn couples’ wedding dreams into reality, was one of 100 employees undergoing the WorldHost training at our resort.
The wedding coordinator said it was “an honour to be the 10,000th person to complete the training.”
He added: “My role involves high levels of customer service and this is undoubtedly one of the qualities Galgorm most nurtures in its staff and is most often remarked on by guests. However the resort is always keen to move forward and this training has created a real buzz and sense of personal achievement among all the staff.”
We are very proud of Oliver and all our staff who have went through this fantastic program. Customer service is something we pride ourselves upon at every level within our organisation.
