Asking someone to marry you is one of the most significant moments in your life and one which deserves some thought and preparation. Finding the perfect setting and ensuring the moment is extra special are important components of the occasion and here at Galgorm Resort & Spa we have created a truly decadent way of celebrating this very personal of moments.
Let us set the scene......
Imagine being picked up by our very own chauffer driven Rolls Royce Phantom and taken to the hotel where you will be met by your personal concierge who will be on hand to cater to your every whim. He will lead you to your river view suite where iced cherries and champagne will await your arrival. Dinner will be served either on your fairy lit balcony (weather permitting) or in our 2AA Rosette River Room Restaurant where a menu of seven courses personally selected by our Chef will be complemented by wines to match each course, chosen by our resident sommelier.
After dinner you will be picked up by horse drawn carriage and taken to one of the estates most romantic and secluded spots where you will be given as much time as you need to ask that most magical of questions. You will then be returned to your candelit suite where an orchid flower turndown will await you.
After a decadent breakfast in bed the following morning, you will enjoy a morning of luxury treatments in the romantic couples suite in our award winning Spa where side by side freestanding Parisian baths nestle beneath the soft light of our tropical aquarium. Sip champagne as you enjoy a nourishing Cleopatra bath following by a relaxing and restorative full body massage to leave you refreshed and invigorated before finally checking out and being returned home in one of the hotels fleet of vehicles.
