10 years ago, I started my career at the Resort working as a Kitchen Porter in Gillies. After 4 months, I was moved to the kitchen for food prep and a further 2 years later, I began working in the service kitchen. Having worked in the service kitchen for 5 years, I was then promoted to sous chef in Fratelli and have remained in this role ever since!
I wouldn’t say I was inspired, as such. I think I was just very motivated to progress throughout my role at the Resort.
That’s a tough question! I love Italian food, especially pizza and pasta. However, if I had to choose one, it would be pasta!
Surprisingly, I’ve always been a relatively plain eater, so I haven’t really eaten anything strange as such. That’s not to say that I won’t in the future!
Another tough question! I have a number of favourite Fratelli dishes from the Vegan Menu, therefore, I couldn’t possibly narrow it down to just one. However, I would strongly recommend our daily specials as each day is completely different from the next.
As a Vegan, I would choose the ‘Pesto Fusilli’ dish from the Fratelli Vegan Menu. I have always been a huge fan of both pesto and pasta, as previously mentioned. The combination of the two is delicious!
