A lot of my career so far was spent working at coco in Belfast City centre, the food there is excellent and I felt it really shaped me as a chef. I also worked for James Cochrane in London which was a huge eye-opening experience for me.
I enjoy the fact they are always trying to move the company forward which gives provides me with exciting new challenges as a chef.
When not working I enjoy playing and watching football and dragging my girlfriend along to whatever match happens to be on.
I would have to be pistachio, a little bit different.
