My role in Gillies Grill is Head Chef and the thing that I like most about my job is that I get to make beaitiful dishes with one of the most loyal and talented teams.
That is hard to answer as being a chef came up as an opportunity for me and later I realised that it is the job I a most passionate about.
It's hard to pick a foavourite dish but the dish I like the most is a perfectly cooked Tomahawk steak with blue cheese.
I have to admit, I prefer sweet!
The strangest food i've ever ate was a few years ago, in Italy. It was a seafood pizza!
When I am not being a chef, I enjoy spending my time gardening and growing vegetables and flowers.
