I started in March 2013.
My first position was as Front Office Assistant, this included Reception, Switchboard and Reservations Roles. This allowed me to cover all areas of the Front Office.

Galgorm has been a massive support in the progression of my career. I started with little experience and due to the training and coaching I received, I was able to do well in my various roles. This meant more opportunity when it came to promotions.

I love how every day is different, I feel that I continue to learn new things every day. It is amazing to see how much the Resort has changed since I first started and also how it continues to change.
