I love how every day is different, I feel that I continue to learn new things every day. It is amazing to see how much the Resort has changed since I first started and also how it continues to change. I enjoy putting plans in place for my department to assist with these changes and seeing the results. I have a fantastic team behind me and it is great to see them achieve and progress. I am very proud to work at Galgorm due to the reputation it has.
Hospitality does not mean long and unsociable hours. It means working as a team and making the Guests happy which makes it all worthwhile. If you want a job which means you can learn something new every day and continually progress in your career, Hospitality is the place to be!
