A nice rare steak would be my essential Sunday roast item, there is nothing better than this especially if it is cooked to perfection.
I remember one time when I was at home in Poland I had pigs brain and scrambled eggs for breakfast, surprisingly it was delicious.
I have become quite partial to fried eggs, the yolk needs to be nice and soft.
I would say there are not any foods I really dislike, I would always be adventurous with food and even if I am not that keen on something I would still try it again.
I have always been a lover of Red wine, my favorite has to be a nice Malbec. Through my time at Galgorm I have learned a lot about different wines and I am fascinated by all that is involved in the process of making wine.
