Braised beef cheek and Ripasso Della Valpollicella. The Valpolicella wine-growing area is a strip of land in the foothills around Verona and Lake Garda Italy. Ripasso combine handpicked grapes with partially dried grapes and this to boost the flavours such as red berries, dry fruits, spice, and leather. This full-bodied wine is just perfect for the rich slow-cooked beef cheek that will fall apart in your mouth.
Has to be a sweet dessert.
I don’t think there is anything I would not try at least once.
I have tried a few local delicacies while travelling through Thailand that were quite adventurous!
A kind of surf and turf, like Barbecue fillet of beef with a grilled lobster on top.
