Quinoa; a seed, cooked similar way to rice, can be used in a wide range of dishes. Curries, salads, Granola, served hot or cold.
At Galgorm Resort and Spa we offer a Plant-Based Menu & one of the dishes is Quinoa, Green Beans, Spinach, Avocado, Sunflower seeds and Basil. A lovely light but filling salad that can be served cold or slightly warm.
