Our Apprentice programme is created in partnership with Northern Regional College through the ApprenticeshipsNI programme to provide certification up to City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery. Our Apprentices are immersed in a vibrant learning environment within our award-winning Resort. They learn on-the-job from exceptional chefs within a highly-skilled kitchen brigade whilst working with premium seasonal produce and high-quality equipment and tools.

1 Year Apprenticeship Programme
Apprentices must be aged between 16 – 24 year old
1 day in college and 4 days in The Resort
Each Apprentice on successful completion of the course will receive a City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery
The Galgorm Trainee Programme is a paid apprenticeship for time spent at college and at The Resort
Commis Chef - Chef de Partie - Sous Chef (2nd Chef) - Head Chef - Executive Chef
Full chefs uniform will be provided
