Beauty, Spa and Wellness veterans Peigin Crowley and Anita Murray announce the launch of the Irish Spa Association; The ISA is a not-for-profit association striving to make continuous improvement in the quality of training, standards, environmental sustainability, wellness inclusion, and professionalism at all levels across this challenged but prosperous sector. Spas are entities devoted to enhancing overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage the renewal of the mind, body, and spirit.

To add to the news of these exciting developments, Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort are delighted to announce the appointment of Louise Nicholl as Board Member, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge as Spa Revenue Manager.

Having graduated from the Northern Ireland Hotel & Catering College, Louise has gained almost 20 years of knowledge and experience across various sectors of the hospitality industry. For the past 6 years, Louise has held the unique role of being the only Spa Revenue Manager in Ireland and as a part of the Management Team at Galgorm, she has been part of the continued year on year growth and unparalleled success of both the Spa and the Galgorm Collection.

By her own admission, Louise thrives in the business side of Spa, working with arguably one of the best operational Spa teams in the country, she has strived to continuously improve the experience for resort clients, yet at the same time, capitalising on revenue opportunities, leading to a confidence that Galgorm Spa is the industry leader in Ireland.

 

Going forward, building on an undeniable passion for the Spa industry, especially, Irelands Spa industry, Louise is determined to not only share her knowledge with industry peers but help spearhead Irelands place on the Wellness Tourism map.
