Lewis Crocker

Lewis Crocker is rising Welterweight boxer from Sandy Row in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was born on March 10, 1997. As a young kid, he already dreamed to win a world title as a professional boxer. His sister Alanna, was involved in Ireland’s first ever female boxing match. She then won bronze at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. She took him to the gym one time and he got hooked up since then. He loved watching Ricky Hatton while learning all the fundamentals of the sport at Eastside Boxing Club in Belfast.

Lewis Crocker or ‘The Croc’  has been boxing for 12 years now. His favourite punch is the left hook in the head or body. He draws inspiration from his parents who support him all the way since he started. He is also a big fan of basketball and mixed martial arts. When he is not in the ring, he watches football and plays Xbox.

He racked up seven All-Ireland junior titles plus a European schoolboy bronze medal during a stellar 90-7 amateur career. The best thing he likes about boxing is that he gets to travel around the world.

“Nothing beats the buzz you have once that bell rings. As a boxing fan myself, I love to witness knockouts, raw guys who attempt to take their opponent’s head off. So that’s what I intend to bring myself. I’m everything I’d want to see in a boxer,” says Lewis.
