Tell us a little bit about how you met & talk us through the proposal
Our paths officially crossed in 2017 on the dancefloor of Box nightclub. It was loud, energetic and amidst all the music and dancing, something clicked. Numbers were exchanged, followed by two weeks of nonstop chatting before our first official date. Our first date was at the Odyssey Complex, where we played air hockey and bowling before heading to Cutters Wharf for food and drinks. From that day on, we were inseparable, spending almost every day together.
Fast forward a few years, and we had moved into our first home together, building a life full of love and laughter. In 2020, I planned to propose during a Christmas trip to Tenerife. Demi had no idea what I had planned! We even paid for private Randox COVID tests to keep the trip going ahead, only for our flight to be cancelled an hour later.
I was a man on a mission! With another lockdown approaching, I whisked Demi away to Clontarf Castle, where I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. The rest is history! We're now happily married after an amazing wedding day at Galgorm.

Why Galgorm?
We loved Galgorm as it had everything we needed on-site, from the ceremony to the reception venue. Its class and elegance really stood out to us. It truly is Northern Ireland's number one wedding venue! We were also lucky to have a fantastic wedding planner, Jenny, who I couldn't recommend more.
Tell us the most memorable part of your day?
It's too hard to single out one moment. Everything from start to finish was magical! If I was pushed to pick a moment, it would be Demi and I making our entrance into the Four Seasons Suite. Seeing everyone's faces and how genuinely happy they were for us was so special.
