Tell us a little about how you met & talk us through the proposal
We met in The Grouse back in 2019 and hit it off straight away. A few months later, we went into lockdown and started living together. We knew if we could survive that, we were meant to be together.
Easter 2022, we stayed at the caravan. We headed for a walk along Portstewart Strand and Calvin got down on one knee.
The next night, we stayed at Me and Mrs Jones Hotel. Calvin had arranged a room filled with balloons, candles and rose petals.

Why Galgorm?
I worked for Galgorm for a number of years. I was familiar with the staff and the service they provided. It was the first venue we viewed and we fell in love with the grounds and the Renaissance Suite reception room. It’s also very close to our home.
