Rose's Top Tips

Organisation Is Key

Create a wedding folder, compile all your key wedding information, correspondence with your suppliers, any notes you make during meetings, key contact details and any magazine clippings of wedding ideas you love. Having all this information in one place really takes a lot of the stress out of your wedding planning journey.

The All Important Dates

This is the time when you really need to know which dress looks best. Schedule a few dates in your diary, book appointments in various wedding dress boutiques and invite your mum, sister or best friends along with you. Be careful about who you do bring as they need to be completely honest and sometimes too many opinions can make finding your perfect dress much more difficult.

Once you have secured your wedding venue and date, get straight on to booking your main suppliers. I would recommend your photographer first and then entertainment second. These suppliers can book up very quickly, sometimes 2-3 years in advance. We are here to help, advise and assist with this.

Get some ZZZ's

Arrange a fun night in with your bridesmaids the evening before your big day and try to get a full 8 hours of sleep. On your wedding morning, wake up early, eat a decent breakfast and have a cuppa and some time to chill out before the day's events begin.

Take a deep breath & enjoy your day

Try not to get too stressed. Your wedding day should be one of the most perfect and memorable days of your lives so try to relax, smile and enjoy every minute of it.
