• Those with High blood pressure should not take a cold shower directly after the treatment.

• This treatment is not suitable for those who are pregnant, undergoing cancer recovery, heat sensitive, claustrophobic, those with heart conditions or those who have recently undergone surgery/general anaesthetic, those who have epilepsy, diabetes, venous disease, have a pacemaker, low blood pressure or metal plates/pins in the body.
