Your Sauna Master will sound the gong to alert you to the start of the experience, as you await by the fire pit you will then make your way to our Celtic Sauna where your heat experience will take place.
Perfectly positioned along the banks of the river with a panoramic view of nature, you will begin to feel recentred as your mind drifts toward a state of tranquillity during this traditional Aufghuss ceremony. Breathe deeply and listen to the music as the essential oils fill the air, aiding breathing and circulation, before concluding your journey with a thirst-quenching electrolyte beverage to rehydrate.
