Our apprenticeships are designed where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, acquire knowledge and to practice “hands-on” in Professional Cookery. You will follow the standards as set out in the City & Guilds framework and will have an in-house assessor supporting you to make sure that you understand all the key aspects of your role. In addition, we will provide you with experiences, masterclasses, and workshops to enhance your learning and development in conjunction with Northern Regional College through the ApprenticeshipsNI programme.
